Our Approach
Step 1 : Contact by phone
We will briefly introduce ourselves and discuss all the details of why you want to invest and what your wishes and requirements are.
Step 2: Project Offers
We will offer you a number of projects that precisely match your wishes, requirements and budget. You will receive brochures, payment plans, photographs, videos, floor plans and information about the location.
Step 3: Video, Face-to-Face meeting
During a follow-up telephone call or video or face-to-face meeting in Dubai, possibly together with the project developer, we will discuss the projects offered and address all your questions and concerns so that you can make a well-considered choice.
Step 4 : Reservation
After you have made your choice, we will reserve and secure the selected unit for you. You will then make a small initial deposit (approximately €5,000, which will be deducted from the final payment) to block the unit for you.
Step 5: Creating documents
The correct documents will be created and sent to you by email. Marda Real Estate will guide you through this process and answer all your questions. The payment plan will start and we congratulate you on your new property investment!
Step 6 : After Completion Support
Upon completion, you’ll receive free advice and assistance to rent or resell your unit for the best price. We also offer assistance with arranging a mortgage.
